BY ACCESSING OR USING THE BEAUTIFILIPINA ONLINE SHOP RESELLERS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE RESELLERS PROGRAM.

1. Eligibility
   To participate in the Beautifilipina Online Shop Resellers Program (the "Program"), you must be 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

2. Registration To become a reseller, you must complete the registration process by providing complete and accurate information as requested. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

3. License Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, Beautifilipina Online Shop grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and participate in the Program solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
   

4. Prohibited Conduct
   You agree not to engage in any illegal or harmful activities, including, but not limited to:

a. Misrepresenting yourself, your affiliation with Beautifilipina Online Shop, or your role as a reseller b. Making false or misleading statements about Beautifilipina Online Shop, its products or services, or the Program c. Engaging in unauthorized use of Beautifilipina Online Shop trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property d. Engaging in any activity that is harmful, harassing, abusive, or otherwise objectionable

5. Termination Beautifilipina Online Shop reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause or notice, and without liability to you.
   

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
   THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. BEAUTIFILIPINA ONLINE SHOP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PROGRAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

7. Limitation of Liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BEAUTIFILIPINA ONLINE SHOP, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM.
   

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beautifilipina Online Shop, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or related to your participation in the Program or your violation of these Terms of Service.

5. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Davao del Sur, Philippines, for any actions arising out of or relating to these

Beautifilipina Online Shop reserves the right to monitor and collect data related to site traffic and user activities on our website, platform, and the Program in any lawful manner, including through the use of cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies. 10. Dispute Resolution
    Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service or your participation in the Program shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Davao del Sur, Philippines.
    

11. Severability
    If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to render it enforceable, preserving to the fullest extent permissible the intent of the parties set forth herein. The remaining provisions of these Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect.

12. No Waiver No waiver of any term or condition set forth in these Terms of Service shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Beautifilipina Online Shop to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
    

13. Changes to Terms of Service
    Beautifilipina Online Shop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice prior to the new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Program following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
